Open your Competitor Watch Google Sheet and go to File → Share → Publish to web

Select the Database sheet, choose Comma-separated values (.csv), then click Publish

Copy the link it gives you and paste it below
Sheet columns required (in order):
Timestamp · Brand · Product Name · Format · RRP · Sale Details · Bundle Strategy · New Product Details · Campaign Angle · Notes · URL
Format values: Flake · Gel · Spray · Cream · Serum · Oil · Tablet · Powder · Other — or whatever categories suit your range.
